We actively seek employees who are positive, service-oriented team players that are looking for a company that they can grow with. As a relatively small company, new employees are directly mentored by either Brandon or Bill, himself.

At Earth Elements, we refuse to just β€œsell” a customer a product. Instead, we actively seek out the solution that will alleviate our client’s pain points. This includes encouraging each of our employees to work together as a team, ask questions, and jointly discover the best solution for our clients

We encourage our employees to expand their learning, providing verbal coaching, hands on training and supplementary reading for those that are interested.
